Our Story

Each of us has had success as strategic advisors and leaders at large firms, as independent consultants and, in some cases, at large companies as well. 

We realized that the consulting landscape is evolving:

- Teams can be effectively managed without everyone being co-located

- Properly designed and trained AI agents can replace many hours of analyst billings

- Client expectations have shifted towards more of a focus on impact and value

We also think that existing firms face difficulties in adapting.
